Text Box:           AMA CHARTER           CLUB #383   TCRC AUCTION RULES Entrance Fee is $3.00. This includes a Bidder’s Card. You MUST show your card number when bidding. This is a CONSIGNMENT Auction. ALL items brought into the facility are consigned to TCRC to be sold at auction to the HIGHEST BIDDER. The Auctioneer IS the final AUTHORITY on which bid is the high bid. For EACH item sold, TCRC will retain $5 or 10% of the highest bid whichever is greater as an auction fee. Checks will be sent to the seller’s address the week following the auction for the total of the highest bid(s) of item(s) auctioned, less the commission auction fee of $5 or 10% whichever is greater per item. MINIMUM Bid is $20 with $5 bid increments. If no bid is made, the item will be returned to the seller at no cost.  The seller must pickup all unsold items at the end of the auction.  TCRC will dispose of all unclaimed items as it sees fit.   Bids MUST be seen by the Auctioneer. BUY BACK: A seller may choose to repurchase their item by becoming the highest bidder (possibly to prevent an item from being sold too low). In the case of such a ‘Buy Back’ TCRC will retain an auction fee of 10% of the bid price up to a maximum fee of $20.00. DIRECTIONS TO BUYERS To obtain the items purchased at the auction, first the bidder must obtain his Bidding Record from bidder registration. He takes the card to the Cashier and pays by CASH or CHECK. The Cashier will provide a record of purchase which the buyer takes to the IMPOUND area to claim the item(s) purchased. ALL items MUST be paid for before they can be removed from the IMPOUND. ALL items MUST be REMOVED from the facility at the conclusion of the auction. We recommend that buyers remove some of their early purchases during the auction by paying the cashier and returning to the auction for further opportunities. Unclaimed items will be disposed of. BIDDER CARDS will remain open until the end of the auction. After Auction Comments and Questions may made using the TCRC Auction email. An Officer will respond to your questions.
